Mardi Gras Fun

Larry and Ellen - Sunday, February 22, 2009

We passed a good ol' time this weekend at the Original Farmers Market Mardi Gras celebration. We attended both days, heard ton's of great music and saw some very interesting people!
I decided to knit and crochet Larry a new Mardi Gras hat on Saturday. This is my wild, lopsided, Thai-temple-looking design that Larry wore on Sunday! He got lots of compliments!
Here's a slide show of this past weekend's festivities! Bon Ton Roulet!

WOWZERS on Larry's Temple of Mardi Gras Love Hat! It is fantabulous. You are looking quite spiffy in your jaunty cap too. Let the good times roll!

Your top picture made me think of Captain and Tenille . . . except you're wearing the Captains hat, lol.

Not in a million years would my husband wear a Thai temple on his head. Your Larry is such a keeper!

What a wonderfully good sport Larry is to don your creations for all to see. And what wonderful creations they are.
