Spring!

Even though much of the world is in chaos, we can take some comfort in the beauty of our garden environment.
We've been trying to change over most of our plants to drought resistant. We have lots of succulents and grasses in the front yard. The recent rains have made everything bloom beautifully!

I feel warmer just looking at your pictures. Still covered under snow/slush/sleet here in Vermont. But it's maple sugaring season, so that's awesome :)

So, just in front of the California poppies...is that Hen'n'Chicks that have gone crazy?

Wow I could use some flowers about now. We don't have any snow on the ground in Toronto, but there are no new leaves yet and everything is grey-brown-dirt coloured.
You probably have strawberries and asparagus already (we have those in May!).
